LeGrand Elebash founded Civis Inc. after working in St. Kitts for four years as the COO of Christophe Harbour, a 2,500 acre luxury resort development. LeGrand led the team that launched the resort, resulting in $60 million in real estate sales and the development of the first phase of the project. Prior to his St. Kitts experience, LeGrand spent eight years raising capital and developing real estate projects in the southeastern United States. LeGrand received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from Harvard Business School, and he served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an officer and F/A-18 fighter pilot. He is married to Allison Elebash, an interior designer, and they have two children.
